A Chinese investor group led by Anta Sports Products Ltd. reached a $5.2 billion deal to acquire Finnish company Amer Sports Oyj. Among the brands owned by Amer Sports is Louisville Slugger, the official baseball bat of Major League Baseball. The company also owns brands such as Wilson tennis rackets and Atomic skis.
