On 2/9/2017 OMHE CEO released 1st letter (Click Here to Read) to shareholders and most of the promises have been fulfilled as we can see Here and here in this 11/14/2017 CEO's 2nd Letter. One more the most important promise was licensed medical marijuana cultivation plan and I am expecting that will be implemented in next few months.

We will continue to innovate and continue to build on what we've accomplished. To do so, our vision is to capitalize on decades of knowledge and experience to create a global health and wellness company. To that end, we plan to rapidly expand our operations to include new divisions in the areas of (1) specialty pharmaceuticals, (2) anti-aging brands, and (3) therapeutic cannabis products and (4) licensed medical marijuana cultivation. Currently, we are in the final states of several strategic acquisitions to accelerate our bold expansion. Our pipeline of new products and breakthrough innovation has never been more robust.
