Seth tried to save Breathe after the Kimmel screwup.
VERY WRONG! Seth Shaw was scrambling to save his own ass, because he was the one who brought the financiers, such as the Comitos, into the Breathe debacle! Seth Shaw, the Breathe VP of Strategic Development, did nothing to dissuade investors, as the Breathe con job unfolded. Shaw was overtly supportive of Joshua Kimmel and complicit in misleading those who were buying into Kimmel's BS!

OH...BTW! Shaw FAILED once again, when he negotiated the AWAW deal, which proved to be even more devastating for the Breathe shareholders!
