Wonder if mCig got anything out of it. I can't believe they rode 10 percent ownership down to nothing.

mCig has no choice but to do that. They can't sell 75 million shares on the open market. They'd have to announce that for one thing and the announcement alone would destroy the pps. Their only option is to make a private placement with another company or individual but who would make a major investment into this company at this point, especially without having a controlling interest. mCig's a victim here as much as we are. They can bitch and moan all they want but they have no actual leverage over Andrey. All they and we can do is hope that Andrey manages to pull something together and revive the pps.
