Lots of filings in the case released last week

They are gearing up for the bench trial

Starts on Jan. 22, 2019 unless the date changes between now and then

I wish I could sit here and tell you that justice will be served, and IVDN will win the case.

I guess we will have to see, they certainly have the evidence, and have tested this product nearly 50 times, including twice during the course of this trial at the request of the judge

The only time(s) it has not tested out to spec is when the FTC used the wrong test, over and over, despite clear evidence to the contrary as to which test should be used for this product

Unfortunately, Justice is not always served, or seen to be served, and there are powerful, influential, wealthy, and, in my opinion, evil people aligned against IVDN

At the very least, the stock could slip lower over the next 15 December trading days as some folks decide to take their losses

I still believe in the company, the product, and the odds of them winning this case

I will continue to poach on what I consider to be cheap shares all the way to the end of the year
