Can the first contract that actually has dollars tied to it fund the effort? Maybe they have alternatives in place to fill the initial demand and then they switch over to their own facility to increase their margins?

Need money as always, but it just might mean a decent size funded partnership is around the corner. Maybe a partner with deep pockets that receives 20%-33% of the company is on the way. I'd rather bring on a deep pocketed partner then continue the unending dilution we have all experienced. Partner could also have some of their own connections where they can bring deals to the table?

Hard to believe they can fulfill a contract without receiving up front cash, so they can actually execute on the deliverable.
