Reconstruction of the details of the crime as deep and impenetrable as this one re the Fraud by Barrick at Pascua Lama would I am sure necessitate an industrial legal effort,certainly not up to the standards of the Chile Legal Llama Farmer System of law!

Who then could be involved in sorting this mess out?
Who then has the wherewithal to take the reins in hand?
Why in Chile at this point does anyone really care any longer 20 years and counting?
Will Barrick escape the laws of the land and keep the story quiet after these many years?

Time has a way of extracting the truth by recycling the sands in the meter of justice.
