Why would Mann continue to buy, going back almost 2 yrs at this stage, knowing the only way forward for the foreseeable future is heavy dilution, with around $1 mil or so of his own money? Eagle can convert and make their money back even when the stock is going down, so they really don't get care so much about stock price. So his buys have very little to do with keeping up the sp, other than painting the ticker at close, which means nothing once the next trading day starts. I mean the guy had close to 18 million shares already. Can you think of another executive that has bought like this over this long period of time, in a penny stock?
