BIEL which has inferior tech is falling from grace and their market caps should converge around $5m to $8m which is the value of the debt. Shareholders do not own the tech so the equity is essentially worthless until they address their capital structures.

Other companies with similar technologies and dilutive financing trade around this valuation.

The problem is they will not be able to achieve any of that because they do not have any scientists, R&D team or clinical development officers to develop the technology. They also cannot get the money from anyone besides the note holder. So this is going nowhere until the note holder is gone.
