I have to agree with you Biotech, dilution has been heavy and will continue. Almost 4 million shares a week over the past month vs the 1.8 mil or so about a few months ago. It's really going to depend on if Magniant can really build up sales of Sofpulse. I think Ivivi Sofpulse had sales of around $1 mil in 6 months in 2008, but dropped dramatically when they lost Allergan in 2009. No reason they shouldn't be able to do at least that and much more, but only time will tell with these guys.

Andrew was hired over 6 months ago and not sure what he's done for the company/shareholders. Alan said he would communicate and keep investors informed, but the last business update was in Jan. Those microcapspeculator articles are a joke and have not done anything in my opinion.

We'll see where any sort of support kicks in, could be around .02 or so before that happens.
