They are questionable guys who use the shareholders. Keep them in the dark and drop bad news at last minute.

I remember people on this board telling me that it did not require an 8-k like they knew anything. This is not my first rodeo. I sold because there was a very big risk that they would not pay it off. Now there will be no news until 2Q of next year so this is not a buy unless it dips a ton.

Don't buy the dilution, buy the dips and sell the news. These guys do not care about shareholders.
