Oh, they knew.

This is the first that we are hearing that these licenses are "conditional". Mark and Brett mis-lead investors into believing that they were unconditional licenses because we all know there is no way in hell that they would be able to get a fully functioning dispensary off the ground in 12 months.

IMO, the state knows this as well. Maybe it's a blessing in disguise to not receive a license. Better to have them partner as a wholesaler and FINALLY SELL SOME EFFIN' WEED!

I mean Jeezus, what are the priorities with these guys? Just grow some goddamn weed in that ridiculously underutilized facility in north LV and get that stuff out to the partner dispensaries.
