You and I are on the same page here. In fact I am for anything that will minimize management's actionable to do list. Ultimately for me it is all about the tech and NOT the people involved in creating it and managing it and that is where the danger to shareholders truly lies in our case

Current hierarchy are idea guys NOT business people. Investor relations is pure shit and I expect they will not work any different with corporate entities. When you know better you do better. We should be uplisted at this stage instead of waiting for Mar/Jun "completed 2 days ago" fins to maybe go current before the new year

That the additional filings were not available upon market opening yesterday is not the problem but instead that I knew and would have bet money that they wouldn't be there is the issue, for me at least. Even when they do inevitably show up today, Monday/Tuesday or by my deadline which is the end of Q1 2019 the fact remains that once again we are left waiting for filings that the auditing company claims are once again completed. Nothing about current management tells me they know how to run and maintain a company that isn't slumming it on the OTC

It's under promise and then over deliver. Next person that speaks with Chas should let him know that they have it backwards and only they can fix that. Dummy up and then put up. There is strength in silence and I had way more faith when I was hearing nothing. For me having all 3 filings before the end of 2019 would have been the power play but instead I hear, "Done! Well not completely done. Tomorrow we will be done. Ok tomorrow or Friday. Friday afternoon not morning. Late afternoon of course. Oh we meant after market closes or possibly Monday. Outside date could be the first Monday of 2019 but certainly no later than this time next year" lol smh

We desperately need qualified Biz people in place and that has not happened yet. I know someone who started to unload what turned out to be 40k shares when they pushed your arrival back. If I had not been riding free shares I would done the same
