3) Their all liabilities decreased from 164 million dollars to 60 million dollars. The company has almost No debt.

4) MoviePass has shaked the movie-theather industry. Now it is the best known brand.

5) MoviePass has great CEO, founder of Netflix and was the president of Redbox.

15) I believe MoviePass either will be buyout or will be a multi-billion dollars business by spin-off (MOVIEPASS SPIN-OFF NEWS OUT IN OCTOBER 2018. They will pay to HMNY shareholders as dividend MoviePass shares
