Hey Hawk, all that is needed is someone with experience on crowd funding and taxable issues and I believe most Biel shareholders would go for the idea of putting up funds to promote Biel products to help benefit THEIR own financial interests and if done correctly and controlled by Biel CEO with a monitoring provision that the funds could ONLY be used for Advertising and Promoting then all Biel shareholders would benefit. We will never get to .18/share unless we get something like crowd funding.
