I don't see individuals banding together to sue Nevada Dept of Taxation, but I do see the companies who did not get a license suing. It's amazing how one company gets 7 licenses and others don't. Since the awarding of licenses were done behind close doors, one doesn't know what process was used or how much money was being exchanged to influence the commission. My final thoughts are the Nevada dept. should open up the process to the public/companies and let others determine if the process of determining who gets licenses is fair, and how many a company should receive. For me, the license should have been spread out to many companies.
