Undercutting is most likely done by a trading algorithm that the user created for accumulation. They’re manipulating the ASK so it’s lower than the quote so that it can be driven down for daily accumulationn on the bid. Or keeping it down before news. Either way. It won’t last when buying pressure is increased tremendously on Monday
