A private company is not restricted in acquiring any entity. Pixel mags was always noted to be operating independently from SPCL, as a wholly owned subsidiary.
So if a private company acquires anything, now or then, no private company is required to disclose to the public...what they’ve acquired.
The revenues IMO only are going towards acquisitions or perhaps buying up an entity listed on the Nasdaq....who knows but the ones in charge.
No I actually don’t recall an acquisition debacle involving Pixel Mags or SPCL earlier this year...please enlighten me with that info. Thanks Willy!
