Didn't Rory say a few weeks for the S1-A? If so, why are we looking at January/February if indeed there are institutions ready to fill the offering immmediately so that the acquisition and uplist happen almost simultaneously?

My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
