They have a pending acquisition of oil and gas properties from $AXAS. They would need permission from them to release their own PR or a joint one to announce the pending $14ml acquisition....which is tentatively slated to close by dec 31 if funding and DD are completed in a timely manner....it looks like December may be my most profitable month this year...
