So let me get this straight you just reached out to her and she is going to get into contact with Xnrgi. Now your are concerned of her not hearing back from Xnrgi in literally less than 30 minutes yes less than one half hour of you first initially reaching out to her about Neah. Lol.

Unless you mean she reached out to them some time ago. And you contacting her now and she is giving you this information from past attempts not associated with your current inquiry.
