I didn't say sue Dan,
I asked IF Dan was such the criminal you portray, why hasn't the existing lawsuits been moved forward. Dan is the president of the company, Currah and Co. are suing Sarissa not Dan... However if Dan was this criminal then the suits should be an easy win right? But after a year there has been no movement, something doesn't make sense, maybe Currah and Keevil are broke asses, or what you claim about Dan being a criminal isn't true...makes you wonder.
