Why would any one bother suing Dan Byrnes?

The man is broke,has two judgements against him, has lost all credibility with shareholders, debt holders, geologists and his ex employees of Fort Orange when he threw them under the bus misappropriating pension funds (which the Department of Labour took way his NY trusteeship forever and fined him $310,000).

Not to mention his sister, Kathleen Fiero, who Byrnes also threw under the bus by misappropriating $250,000 of her funds, without her permission, to buy SRSR and she sued him in NY court and was awarded a court judgement against her own brother for $254,000.

No one sues anybody who is broke. What is the purpose?

I am just happy that Keevil didn't ask Dan Byrnes as a board member for CCAN after he destroyed SRSR's stock value.
