I think, the companies like DuPont, Bayer or Syngenta visited KIWA at the CAF in order to see the level of development of bio fertilizers at KIWA.
All these companies are very strong in chemical fertilizers, but not in microbial bio fertilizers. I read the annual report of German Bayer in May, but do not remember the exact relation between chemical and bio fertilizers. But chemical fertilizers are way stronger there. It takes many years of research and many patents to reach the level of KIWA in bio fertilizers.
Honestly, I do not think, that these companies were there because of any future cooperations. At least not a these levels. But I do not know of course. I think it is also more important for Kiwa at the moment to focus on fast growth in China.
