Well, first I do not make decisions for TAUG, but I did invest quite a bit. Second, TAUG is in great to grow its liquid assets by 10 to 15 times. That is not just my opinion, there are analyst opinions on the holdings that form the basis for that opinion. For instance, the company TAUG introduced us to will most likely be worth over 1/2 billion dollars within 30 months. But, lets say I am wrong and the company is worth 1/2 that. Pretty impressive as it was just an idea 6 months ago. If this opportunity happened 12 months from now TAUG most likely would have participated like we did.

Third, if TAUG comes up with a product we can certainly get it distributed and even if some cash flow is generated.

As far as the lip goop, you do not have any idea what you are talking about. First batch criticisms included that the texture could be improved and that was done. The containers were inferior and we would not sell a product where 1/4 of the containers were defective. But as far as the overall product you are way off base. It was a natural product, therefore, will have the benefits and limitations of a natural project. But as far as criticisms of your friend, he got the product into the largest drug company in the world and several divisions were interested in different product lines including sunscreen and lip products. It was not Seth that dropped the ball there. The final formulation that I had was very good.

The 'lip goop" as you call it was a low risk, low investment just designed to generate cash flow. We could have easily distributed it.

The CBD cream was brought to the Company by an exec at a big pharma. The formulation, packaging and distribution internationally were all in place. This was just not a big enough project for big pharma, if you follow that market virtually no deals have been getting done that last few years outside of potential blockbusters and cancer treatments. The problem was differing legal opinions and TAUG being public. That product was so interesting and the distributor so interested we almost did it, but the potential of legal BS wasnt worth it. Now, if that product happened today, because the landscape has changed it would have been viable.
