AMTRON is a PSU of India. Quamtronics is a Joint Venture of AMTRON and AMTRONICS cc. AMTRONICS cc is the license manufacturer of QMC technology and this collaboration is endorsed publicly by AMTRON head and Indian news papers published it. Can't we say we have a deal with AMTRON?. Because we have a deal with AMTRON/AMTRONICS I believe at least our QD proved its commercial viability if not the end product solar cell. If I am right AMTRON going to invest some $4-5m and Indians are bean counters & risk aversion (Public Sector entity) they don't invest single penny if they don't see the proven tech.
