Considering the giveaways that some people got over the years for very little contributions to Torvec or CurAegis, I can see someone just grabbing cash. Maybe they are tired of waiting or just want some of their free cash. A few were given hundreds of thousands of shares and they never came to a stockholder meeting. There are more than one like that and if we took a vote on this board their names would be at the top of the list. We all know who put real time and money into this company over the years and who did not. The real story of what is happening and why is still hidden to us. At this stage in the story it is appropriate that we are heading into Winter. Chances of success seem far away, but still a glimmer.
