tax selling or insider that knows something bad are the two scenarios that make sense to me. Hopefully, it is tax selling. It's a gamble for sure, but it seems we'll know soon whether the pump is under contract and/or hundreds of thousands of CURA licenses will be sold. It's been so long, I can't image someone bailing at this point, no matter how malcontent.
