So I was able to talk to a buddy who also owns a decent position about the same size as mine. He does not post he does not do any social media.

He spoke with someone at the Transfer agent, they told him it was still in the process of finalizing, they could not give a specific time frame for completion but said it should be done by the end of the month.

So my question is:

Do we throw D'Couto under the bus right now, or do we give him till the end of the month ?

Like I said, I don't want to sue him, that is throwing good money after bad, I want him investigated and I want him fined and or prosecuted.

I was prepped and had the SEC complaint filled out and was about to hit the button when my phone rang.

If I start, it will be across the spectrum. FINRA, SEC, STATE, FBI and anything else I can find.
