The Nevada corp Neah Power Inc no longer exists. There has been a 'mandatory' exchange of all old NPWZ shares for shares of the private Nevada corp XNRGI (founded in 2001).

Watch the Nevada SOS site for any corporate actions filed regarding XNRGI...they do not have to inform old Neah shareholders of their 'intentions' and Neah no longer exists as a Nevada domiciled corporation or a publicly traded entity. Trading in NPWZ was suspended and the ticker deleted.
