Makes total sense. Once Michie became ceo, complete silence became this 'public' company's mantra. Negligence? Fraud? I could think of a number of reasons this one could and should be sued. When Wynhoff was in charge, you knew he was pretty straightforward. He would talk with you and reason with you. At the very least, Michie should have been held accountable by the bod. He wasn't and isn't.
