Perhaps I am wrong, but many investors felt that since the company was a fully reporting company when they decided to purchase stock, they could rely on regular quarterlies and an annual report from the company; and thus, their fears were somewhat allayed. I do not recall the company informing investors that they were planning to not file reports anymore and would accept revocation. Could a decent attorney show that as malfeasance? Maybe fraud?
