When you understand that it was all because of Newbauer, then maybe there is hope for you? I keep thinking you've finally turned the corner, then whamo! You're right back to giving Newbauer the world's most positive revues.

Fact is he's had a decade or so to do something, and all he's done is take shareholder's money, and get the stock suspended because of his criminal greed. That's it.
The SEC is interested in keeping this whole crew out of the public markets. Can you not see what Newbauer is doing with PAOG? Are you under the impression that he has nothing to do with it? Hell, he's taken a page from Kistler and Carnes, and unloaded a stinky debt filled shell upon some suckers. Now the suckers know they are suckers, and PAOG is all but done. Now they're all waiting for new suckers to buy into this crap. What a great retirement plan, eh?
