Strik, Poet has about 5 months cash on hand based on current burn rate, plus they could extend that based on the inflow of revenues which are expected to be up to 10 million in 2019, so it is possible the financing will not happen immediately, I still think this financing should be easier to get investors to participate based on the "watershed" contracts with 3 Tier 1's, and if they can get a couple more similar orders it will boost the current revenue projections and add fuel to the sentiment that Poet is a screaming Buy, again I'm more optimistic than you, jury is out, we'll see
