If you can’t prove Apple didn’t buy Pixelmags or Solaris Power Cells, it might very well be true. Maybe the delay is just figuring out how much to pay the longs. I wouldn’t be surprised to see a 1 for 1 swap of Apple shares for all SPCL shares. Personally I’d rather keep the SPCL shares.
