Question! Where will BIEL acquire the necessary funding to sustain itself as an on going business concern? Well, I have to admit, my previous question was a rhetorical tease. Thus, maybe it's safe to say we are about to witness some high powered dilution, which will further devalue this company, Big Time! Going forward for BIEL just might be a nightmare in the way of dilution. Not Good At All!!
