Rarely will Apple announce an Acquisition if the Company is Smaller... so guess what !!!
Now I’m gonna toss in a few quotes from a few Articles so I make sure to get it right -
“Apple said “Apple buys smaller technology companies from time to time, and we generally do not discuss our purpose or plans.”
“The stragic acquisition of an extremely lean, hard technology-focused team (of one) fits with Apple’s MO. It typically buys smaller teams to work on specific products rather than buying big staffs and trying to blend them in across the company.”
(what do we have 17 or so... and one more on the way... Perfect)!
Now from your other post regarding the .01/30m ratio... well I have the Texture Acquisition at a MINIMUM of $90m... and another article I can dig up in my Apple Archives shows a $120m MINIMUM!!!
So... .03-.04 MINIMUM!!!

Remember the Publishers/Owners were EXTREMELY HAPPY with the Deal... who is “EXTREMELY HAPPY” taking a loss ... NOBODY!

And the fact the it’s “STILL UNDISCLOSED” IMO falls into the “HUSH-HUSH” category...!
Now with that Fantastic PR that NK released leaving to door open for the possibility of US still being PRIVATE makes me wonder... the Price Paid for Texture is Unknown... we need that number !!! Is it kept on the HUSH HUSH For Several Reasons ???
