The stock market is forward looking. If any of PNTV’s proclamations and “news” were perceived as adding value to the company the share price would be rising instead of falling. The news that actually matters to investors has been bad. It’s the news PNTV refuses to share with the public. The news that one can put together with their own due diligence. The news that there are virtually no revenues able to be claimed by PNTV, that outstanding shares continue to climb, that toxic debt is mountainous and increasing, and probably most alarming to potential new investors - that PNTV management can’t be trusted.
