According to the vote on this issue, which was Ballot Measure 1 - which was a clear referendum on Pebble for the citizens of Alaska, the claim that Alaskans do not want pebble is categorically false.

Alaskans voted AGAINST a ballot measure that was an attempt to prevent the mine from going through the nepa process. Again, they voted AGAINST that, meaning they VOTED FOR THE MINE.

The fact BM1 was voted down, is factual evidence that the majority of Alaskan residents have voted FOR pebble mine

Oh and in reference to the arguments of residents in Seattle opposing the mine, the mine is located in Alaska, and subject to Alaskan state law not Washington State, so the views of Washington residents have no impact here.
