My routine for taking Vascepa is very similar to other posters here. I also follow a intermittent diet schedule. My day typically starts around 8am. I brew a pot of coffee and enjoy the first hour of my day in complete silence whilst reading among other things this board. Since I do not have a regular job schedule it can be earlier by an hour or later. Next I typically walk outside for an hour or so, shower then prep my veggies for my lunch. Usually eat at noon, after which I take my first two capsules of V. Get my daily errands done then get ready to prep my early dinner which is generally around 6pm. Take my other two capsules and drink water for the rest of the evening. Turn in around 10pm. Rinse, recyle, repeat. This has kept the weight down into the 173-175 range, at five foot seven, before V I weighed on a average day about 198. Was fluctuating between 195-204(heaviest) over the years. But since Mar of 2016 have not been over 185. Started taking V in Jan of 2016. Without a doubt this medication is a god send for me. No more plantar fasciitis , little aches and pains have disappeared. I had been prescribed statins in my thirties and had so many complications that I just stop taking them. I know that reading this board and ST has helped me realize that I needed to get a script for this valuable medicine. Thanks to Capt’n Beer for the doctor referral in our area. I would like to know if any others on V have had a reduction in aches and pains also. I am aware of North’s story, any others with amazing results? On another note, I am not expecting the ITC ruling to come out this coming Monday, just seems like nobody is thinking about it. We have a tremendous amout of knowledge on this board, I can not contribute on a scientific, legal or finance aspect. I can however share my experiences of the three years of use of V.

Regards,

Flounder
