ONCX is thinly traded with little volume, because it is tightly held with little dilution.

That whole 1B O/S nonsense has been proven to be buffoonery.

The O/S has remained relatively unchanged.

Updates are pending and could happen at any time.

It certainly explains the ONCX obsession by some.
