flipper44,

Every contract needs to be very carefully constructed and worded, epically international contracts. Some companies attempt to partner just to foot drag the product development. You wouldn't want that right? Some companies have been suckered into that type of agreement in the past and Cognate might have a different understanding of a proper development stategy than a licensee of NWBO. Each licensing contract basically requires getting at least 3 entities on board. That takes time and then there may also be a bidding war going on besides so who do you finally end up agreeing to terms with since the terms may be different depending on the entity involved. This kind of work is just not very simple. The folks on this board who best understand the process of international business contracts would be the best to comment on this process and I believe some have stated that this process is probably right in line with the time frames we have been dealing with. I will defer all further discussion of this topic to those more well aquainted with the intricacies of these processes. Best wishes.
