Capitulation...I was thinking stock price. I realize I should be thinking stock sector price (all the similar class companies as UEX). And that is related to spot price but probably with a delay. I know, can't call a bottom or a top or become a Rick Rule in an afternoon!

So maybe the question is how fast do we expect this to take off? I don't think overnight. Back to that quote "90% of gains occur in last 10% of upward price cycle" implies that the first 10% gain takes 90% of the time.

-should be able to see that slow rise
-seems UEX is not yet in a rising trend
