Data. I know you to be the most in touch and ear to the ground person here. So i am taking what you say as 90% as a win.

My 10% caveat is only this and is why i went off, my apologies fr doing so.

My issue is that the PTAB could now rule that the paper they looked at last time has not changed and that as a matter of "CONTROL" the paper (devpub) does not conclusively in their eyes show that.

And in saying so could just rule again the same way - and why i say this is because they are keeping minus one, all the judges together, and humanly they must over turn their own ruling from the first time -

Whereas in my scenario getting the minutes of bungie meetings, there internal emails and they're individual from ATVI board meetings to be put under questioning from Helge.

I hope i am wrong here i really do...
