I have been a long-term NPWZ stock holder (several years) and have often wondered if it was a legitimate company. Now that is has changed to XNRGI and still has basically the same management team, I am very concerned about it's legality. My question is whether anyone has considered legal action against these people, or at least pursuing an investigation via the SEC (or other sources)?
