Question for those with Mcare and on Vascepa

Just heard from my MIL who said They won't cover V unless gets FDA approval (or trigs >500 now). She has UNH as her secondary payer. Otherwise $300+ per month.

Others getting coverage with Mcare?

These are the types of issues which will limit upside until FDA approval.
