There is no shot that the stock stays at $4 after a RS. Literally no shot.

No one will buy the stock at .004. How are people going to buy at $4? Cmon

Especially with no revenues and massive dilution?

This will be back to pennies within 6 months of the RS. And remember those warrants cannot be sold I believe for the first 6-12 months and even after they are free trading (if you can find a broker to take the deposit) I am sure you will have a limit in the % you can sell each month.

People just do not give away money like that.

It is pretty clear to me what is going on now. Very clear. The company could care less about the common shareholder that has supported this company for years. They are about to get wiped out. IMO this is a scheme by the company to sucker people into buying those warrants to help pay off their debt with the 1 for 10 protection. That is why the RS is so big. Not for Nasdaq haha. But because they want to make the incentive IE...golden carrot SO BIG by the 1 for 10 protection compared to 1 for 1000 ratio that it will make people practically beg to buy those warrants. And on the surface that is exactly what some people will believe. And the company collects the cash and pays the bills

But trust me, there is no way those warrants ever get cashed for dollars per share. Will not happen. They will be lucky to break even imo.
