it wasn't that long ago when we'd get a pop for each sign of progress in the OTC. Now, people don't care until it already moving. They will chase it instead of load up early. I'd rather we had steady upward movement and launched from .002+ but i guess that's just not how it's done anymore in the OTC. a big group will run this when it's time.
