Already told you...Why is the FDA for back or anywhere on the body a game changer now? Its not. And now even its DENIED...Too many are acting like this event will be a HUGE event. When its an event thats already occurred and over.
You see they couldnt sell it for Human use since they went the FDA approval route. You do realize they could have avoided the FDA route and sold it as a supplement type device all along. You get that right? Andy just wanted to be able to print, "FDA" on the box. Yet this could have went like an Icyhot and other non-FDA cleared devices, and sold OTC without ever hearing the letters F D A.
Next, the products are all the exact same. Once you open
and throw the box out, dont matter what picture was on the box. Its the same flimsy gimmick, identical to the rest. So when folks were waiting for the approval, that came near 2 years ago now, for the knee and foot, the Healfast product for pets could have always been bought and used. Same technology. Then it got cleared for those applications and it hit .003 on approval. Went higher last few months, year and a half later, to 5 on more un-BIEL-ievable hype. Yet everyone knows any application can be used anywhere. Stick the knee on your back... Whoa la, a back application. Do you think it takes a "box" only that most people know this. So you can buy a knee or foot today and use all over your body. Including menstruation time. So you see even in the USA you can get and use it all today. Its not like a drug, the US is waiting for, uncontrollably, for it to be available in the USA.
Now add in that the rest of the world, which makes up 72% of the world and they dont need USA FDA anything to buy. So technically, the entire globe can buy these today and use anywhere they like. No magical FDA clearance changes that one iota. And even if it could it would make up 28%(the US portion). So add to all the numbers 20%. That accounts now for the USA, who may be uneducated enough that these are ALL THE SAME DAMN PRODUCTS. Yet most know. Just labelled differently. And that label is ON BOX ONLY. So you see why the USA isnt having any affect on sales. Heck since adding the knee and foot for the USA, sales have dropped every quarter since. And you got the FDA clearance F..I..N..A..L..L..Y. And you saw it was a non event. So since back and body is just knee and foot, just move it there, dont expect anything spectacular there either if cleared. Its all worked into the over-inflated pps already. And it too cant be justified.
So you see 72% of this marble, called earth, can buy every application and the USA who can as well, but might be met with those who arent aware its the same damn product, frequency, life expectancy, etc., of a product that already exists and you can buy now, and such. Yet, all of that added up to $211 in sales last quarter.
No one(NO ONE) without the last name Whelan is going to get rich or retire on this stock. Kelly Whelan made over 9 Million in a year and a half, from 09 to 10. Wow, they all got rich. And the kicker... It wasnt due to product sales. But 100% off selling shares, that added to this mess. Its in the court filings. And even they protected their patents and IPs, so that shareholders cant benefit even from a buyout. Yet you read that weekly too. Just like you read a share buyout, yet filings show 3/4 Billion shares added last quarter and $7k in cash. No sight of a buy back at all. And add that the CEO says we arent even talking, thinking, or entertaining anything of a buyout. Yet why do people have to read about that myth so much here. Cause its hype.
As this starts floating back down to the trips, many will wish they got out here, on the hyped up, non-justified pps.
