Exactly there name will not be on the license until PNTV makes there last payment AND thats not due till May 2019. That's how real estate and Lisence transfer works. Its like buying a house not yours until you make the last payment. so during that time in between PNTV is making money off the terms of agreement. Thats the law!! Go to google and get educated .
